Their quality is amazing. With the carbon blanks, no additional reinforcement (thread wrap) is needed at the joins between sections! They are also consistently the straightest blanks I've ever used. Even with very long rods/sections, when rolled on a flat surface, there is no oscillation at the tip- they are just dead straight! Not the cheapest blanks for sure, but very very good!

My AFFINITY X 9' #6 in Golden Olive with smooth green snake ring windings is perfect, now at the near end of 2 season. Mostly I use WF5F Rio Gold flyline, but also sometimes with heavier nymphs or middle streamer an WF6F Lefty Gray. It's unbelievable the immense power in this marvelous, light weight rod. That's my experience with I'll say your FLAG SHIP !!!!!

16 #8-9 Affinity DH. What can I say, this was the firestarter for the whole rod operation, and in a word it's everything I imagined it to be. For example, with Cortland's #10-11 Tricolor Spey there's basically nothing a caster needs to do, the rod casts the 17-meter long head itself, and shoots 20 meter of running line on top of it.

Seamaster Pro 7'10" 24-37kg - the rod is just awesome. We can apply a lot of pressure without fear of the rod breaking. The limit is really how much the line the angler can handle; 30lbs is a lot of pressure on the arms and back. This was a great field test and hopefully we can get back and land some Tuna over 100lbs. We will definitely be getting more of these blanks.
