At CTS we are not just passionate anglers, we are skilled crafters dedicated to the pursuit of creating the perfect fishing rod.
This is our mark.
With two harbours, endless coastline and towering mountains from which a multitude of rivers flow, we are always within fishing distance from our factory. This provides us with ample opportunity to test, experiment and push our fishing rods, with the ultimate goal of refining them to perfection.
In 1999 Stephen Pratt opened the first CTS factory on a hill overlooking the Waitemata Harbour in Auckland, New Zealand. Since then the factory has changed, grown and many rods have left the front doors. However some things have remained the same.
We are still on the same hill overlooking the same harbour and our dedication to the craft of perfecting the fishing rod is as unwavering as ever.
