The CTS rod warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials.  The warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod or blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. It does not cover fire, theft, missing sections, accidents and / or damage related to over loading, external damage that eventually causes a failure, misuse, intentional breakage, modification or customisation.

If your rod has been fished successfully on its first couple of outings, then it’s good to go forever. Any future breakages are unlikely to be a manufacturing fault.

We are always focused on getting you fishing your CTS as soon as possible. CTS also offers a no-questions-asked repair service if your rod is broken in an unfortunate accident. There is a small administrative fee to cover your repair. We’ve made it as quick and painless as we can to get your blank fixed through our online repair form.
