Defective item
If you feel your product has arrived with a defect, please contact us immediately.
We will then decide the best course of action. This will either be a repair, a replacement, a partial or full refund.
If you wish to return your items
You may do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
We can only accept returns for standard stocked items. We cannot accept returns for custom or non-stock items made to order.
Please contact us for a return authorization prior to sending the goods back.

There is a 15% (of the price of the goods) restocking fee for returns. The restocking fee covers product inspection, testing, repackaging and finish removal.
The refunded amount will be exclusive of freight charges and any bank transaction fees.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If, however, you have a change of mind and would like to return a product for a refund, all returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% (fifteen per cent) of the invoice. CTS does not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, and you must prepay the return freight charges. Change of mind policy does not apply for custom or non-stock items made to order.
Damage in transit
Please notify us within 5 working days of a damaged shipment.
Please keep the packaging, as we may need to process the claim through our shipping and insurance agents.
