Air is our finesse series of super light casting and spinning rod blanks.
Air features our new TurboTaper™ technology – a two stage taper with smooth progressive upper area for even loading casts and delicate lure control and a punchy bottom section for superior fighting ability and power to control fish.
If you’re looking to target Muskie or Peacock Bass, then the heavier 6-10kg (12-20lb) option will give you the power and lure presentation needed. Move to BayMaster if you’re looking for a heavier duty series and if you are looking to go longer, then our Air LX or JetStream series are the ones to look at.

You guys forgot to mark the spine, the blank is fine, color is darker than I thought it was going to be, no problem, you need to credit me back the charge for not marking the spine though. I will be ordering a fly rod blank in the near future, your blanks are the best I feel on the market, keep up the good work. You need to come up with some ice fishing blanks as well.

I can tell you how light, strong and small diameter the air are. but when you get one on your hand you will be amazed of how light those rods are. I can fish all day long and never get tired! air rods feel like a feather.

I regularly buy high end blanks from CTS. The custom colours are a bonus for the dedicated rodbuilder but it is more about the quality, action and power of the blanks. I also like how a builder can nominate where the decal gets positioned on the blank. Other brands could learn a lesson here.

As if the Elite SD could be better, these Air blanks are perfect. Great finesse fishing on the shorter blanks, but strong enough to use for light duty surf fishing in the 8ft. These are my new go to blanks.

I am using the CTS Air, it is so small in diameter and light that it feels like you have a feather on your hands. Small and light but so strong that I have landed walleyes, large mouth bass and crappies with no problems. This rod is so precise, strong and light that you can fish all day long and never get tired. I called it my crappie predator! Nothing like this rod in the market!
