Repairs for blanks 6 years old and under are subject to an admin service fee of NZ $70 plus return shipping (note, if your repair is for an older model SVU (S7 Surf) with length greater than 240cm, there will be an additional freight charge required).
Repairs or replacement parts for blanks that are 6 or more years old are supplied at standard part rates. For example, a tip on a 4pc blank will be 25% of the current blank cost. Please email our support helpdesk to request a part for a blank older than 6 years.
We need to have the last 75-100mm (3-4″) of each end of a broken section posted to us. This way we can match colour accurately, and ensure the fit lengths are correct.
IMPORTANT: When shipping parts to us, please mark the shipment as ‘Repairs’ with No Commercial Value (NCV).
